Overlap Split Front

The Overlap Split Front comes with Velcro® fasteners which replace the covered button and allows for easy positioning.

Extension Split Front

Simple extension between letters.

Tip:

When applying a heat transfer material, you will need to cut the material to fit the split on your garment.

Custom Overlap

Artwork is customized to fit the vertical distance between buttons or snaps.

Tip:

When ordering a split front you will need to know the distance between the seams of the zipper or whether the buttons on the garment are on the left or the right.

Cloud Background - solid piece, no cavities

Detailed Background - all cavities are removed

Q:
Is there a way of viewing a Custom Made Easy design before ordering it?
A:
You may order a proof of the Custom Made Easy design before placing the order.  If placing the order online, simply check the box for Black/White Proof Only and it will be emailed for your approval.
Q:
How does my sew disk work?
A:
Ordering a sew disk with your appliqués simplifies the process for you. First a placement stitch will show you where to place the layer of appliqués. This is then secured with a tack-down stitch. The edges of the appliqués and any direct embroidery are then added. If there are multiple layers in the appliqués, each layer will have a placement and a tack-down stitch.

What is an appliqué stop?
A:
An appliqué stop is where the needle stops after sewing the garment.
Q:
How do I find my reorder number?
A:
The reorder number is located on the packing slip under the bar code. Reorders can only be placed by calling our Customer Service Department 800-478-2457.
Q:
Why is a cover sheet necessary?
A:
A cover sheet not only protects your garment, it also protects your upper platen from stains, inks, adhesives, and scratches.
