Stock letters and numbers can be returned, damage free, prepaid freight, with a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returnable stock letters and numbers must meet the following criteria:
- 5/8” Pocket Letters, 1 1/8” Jiminy Cricket, ¾” Cooper, 1” Mini Script, 1” & 2” Pro – White, Black, Red, Royal, Maize, and Navy Thermo-FLOCK® Letters Only
- 2” & 3” Pro/Varsity Letters and Numbers in Thermo-FILM® & Poly-TWILL™ - White, Black, Red, Royal, Gold, and Navy
- 4”, 6”, 8” Pro/Varsity, Team US, and Shadow Numbers in Thermo-FILM – White, Black, Red, Royal, Gold, and Navy
- 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10” Pro/Varsity Numbers in Poly-TWILL and Thermo-GRIP® - White, Black, Red, Royal, Gold, and Navy
- 2”, 3” Letters and Numbers for Pro/Varsity Backgrounds, 4” 6”, 8” and 10” Pro/Varsity Numbers Only in Thermo-FILM and Poly-Twill – White and Black Only
- Unopened packs, kits or team sets listed in the above styles and colors are returnable
If the letters and numbers do not meet the above criteria, please contact Stahls’ ID Direct Dealer Service Quality Department to determine whether the item is returnable.
Complete rolls / yardage can be returned, damage free, prepaid freight, with a 20% restocking fee within 30 days. Custom/ non-stock items cannot be returned.
Custom designs and items cut to order from non-stock colors, styles, or fabrics are non-returnable.
Software, cutters, and CDs cannot be returned.
Damaged packages should be noted as such with the carrier at time of delivery. Stahls' ID Direct must be notified immediately and product must be kept in original packaging for carrier evaluation and/or return when applicable. Our 30 day return policy will still apply. Damaged equipment should be photographed, if possible.
Requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date. In order to process your return quickly and accurately, returns can only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RA) issued by our Customer Service Quality Department; RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All returned merchandise should be in its original condition. Product or equipment returned without an RA number will be refused and will not be processed for credit.
