Q:
How should I apply letter remover solvent to the area that I want to remove?
A:
Turn the garment inside-out and apply the solvent to the underside of the heat applied material. By doing so you will dissolve the adhesive from the transfer material.
Q:
I applied letter remover solvent but the heat applied material is not peeling off. How does it work?
A:
Once you have applied the solvent, it is best to stretch or pull the area of the mistake. This will make the heat applied material start to peel off of the garment.
Q:
Can letter remover solvent be shipped by next-day air or 2-day air?
A:
Solvent can only be shipped by ground service.
